Four things, and they are all about whether you can be dropped into a live network next month.

  • Scale and technology. Number of sites or nodes, subscriber count, and the technology generation. "640 macro sites and 190 small cells, LTE and 5G NR on C-band" is immediately placeable. "Worked on mobile networks" is not.
  • KPI ownership. Which numbers were yours, and what happened to them. Accessibility, retainability, handover success, throughput, PRB utilization, link availability, call setup success. A before and after is worth ten lines of description.
